Intuition and Higher Frequency Messages

Contrary to how it’s often portrayed, receiving isn’t passive. It’s not sitting in stillness waiting for a sign.
Receiving is an act of deep body presence and emotional courage.
To receive is to let something touch you. And that means you must feel safe enough to be touched.
For many of us, especially those with histories of emotional neglect, betrayal, or dissociation, this is no small task.
The nervous system often learns to anticipate loss, to earn love, or to stay alert just in case.
So when something nourishing appears like love, truth, recognition, it feels unfamiliar. Sometimes, even threatening.
And so, we unconsciously block it. We turn away from the very thing we crave.
When the body isn’t safe, the signal from the inside gets jammed. You don’t know if your feelings are intuition, fear, or memory. You might even begin to distrust your own guidance.
But the brain, the gut, and the heart are in constant conversation. When we gently reopen that channel, through practices that center embodiment like somatic movement, artistic expression, and breath, we retrain our system to trust again.

We create the inner environment where receiving becomes possible.
Here’s where the mystery meets the method. When we engage in arts-based or somatic therapies, we bypass the analytical mind and tap into the language of the unconscious.
A brushstroke becomes a boundary.
A free dance becomes a release.
A hand-drawn spiral becomes a map of the self returning.
Art doesn’t ask for perfection. It asks for presence. And in that presence, you often receive the message you didn’t know you were seeking.
Not because someone told you what to do. But because you heard yourself, maybe for the first time in a long while.
It’s not uncommon in my work to witness people arrive at a moment of creative flow where a realization lands, not just mentally, but physically. The shoulders drop. The eyes soften. The breath deepens. This is the moment of recognition.
And recognition is the gateway to healing. It’s when the body says, “Yes. That’s mine. I remember.”
That's why I invite everyone to try these practices, they create free space for our emotional and energetic centres, creating a place where you can see and explore things you didn't even know you know.
It works like magic, but really is intuition. When you learn to trust your intuition, even bigger channels are waiting to download information for your purpose and human growth.
Like divine signals such as 222 and mirror numbers like 1010. Each one reassuring you that you are not alone, that things are flowing in the right direction and that you are guided by energies that are difficult to explain but undeniably there.
So, I invite you to explore your intuition. I got this great toolkit that will leave you with an aha moment. If you are a teacher or practitioner, you should definitely try asap.
I wish you love, confidence, and strength to walk the path of self-exploration.
